Netflix surpasses 50% employee representation for diversity

Netflix revealed new details on the makeup of its U.S. and global workforce, reporting that women now represent more than half of the company’s global employee and leadership base, and people from historically excluded racial or ethnic backgrounds make up over half of its U.S. workforce. <More…>
